"Do parnayam, become strong and scare away criminals": Ramdev

Patna, Mar 20: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev offered his own unique therapy to control rising crimes in Bihar by suggesting the people to practise 'Pranayam' for enhancing physical fitness and will power and scare the criminals away from the society.

During his disourse on Yoga at a camp here today, Baba Ramdev exhorted the people to practise Yoga adding it would make them strong enough to take on criminals.

Apparently making reference to migration of a large number of people from Bihar due to fear from rising criminal incidents and poor law and order problem, Baba advised them not to leave the state but instead scare away the criminals away by making themselves strong through yoga and pranayam.

'' Never live like a coward and feel fortunate enough to born on the land of saints, be prepared to do somthing great'' was the mantra of Baba to the people.

Earlier, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had a meeting with Baba Ramdev and dicussed the ways to include the yoga training in the school curriculum of Bihar. On his part Baba offered to train yoga teachers for providing to the school children.

Later Mr Kumar announced that Bihar government would soon introduce Yoga in School curriculum after finalising modalities in this connection.

Baba is scheduled to give Yoga tips to Bihar legislators in day long interaction tomorrow.
