Board meeting of JBF Industries on Mar 28

Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) JBF Industries today informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on March 28 to consider conversion of warrants issued to the promoters on June 10 last year as per the resolution passed by the members of the company in the general meeting held on May 31 last year and to increase the paid up issued capital accordingly.
