Ultras abduct two in AP

Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 19 (UNI) Naxals balonging to CPI(Maoist) party abducted two men from Patamatapalem village of Prakasham district of Andhra Pradesh today, police said.

They said a group of Naxals came to the village and called away three persons -- V Babu, T James and S Krupanandam -- from their houses purportedly to discuss some issue.

They were then abducted, but Mr Krupanandam managed to escape.

The police are searching for the other two.
