Temple EO suspended in AP

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 19 (UNI) The Kanipakam Varasiddi Vinayaka Temple Executive Officer (EO) has been suspended for alleged irregularities in the administration of Hathiramji Mattam lands, which is currently under government control.

Based on complaints against EO Kesavulu, who was the custodian of Hathiramji Mutt in Tirupati several years ago, an inquiry was conducted, according to temple sources here today.

As per the report submitted by the inquiry committee, Endowments Commissioner M Krishna Reddy suspended the EO on Friday last, they said.
