Mumbai, Mar 19 (UNI) Newly-launched Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray today said he was working on the blueprint of the state so that when he ''touched the power'', it would be ready for all-round development.

Speaking at the first ever rally of the party organised at Shivaji Park in Central Mumbai, considered as citadel of the Shiv Sena, Raj said: ''My dream is development of Maharashtra and I am having a new vision for the same.'' The rebel Shiv Sena leader said apart from the civic polls for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), his party would also contest other elections in the near future.

His speech was without any reference to his bete noire Sena Executive President Uddhav Thackeray, with whom he had differences over party functioning. However, there were discreet references to Sena chief Bal Thackeray and Prabodhankar Keshav Thackeray.
