Case against Telugu film producer

Hyderabad, Mar 19 (UNI) A case has been registered against a film producer for allegedly threatening a cable TV operator with dire consequences.

Police here today said Producer Katta Rambabu was incenced over C Raja Subha Chander, running a cable network in Prashasanagar at Jubilee Hills, changing his operator from Siti Cable to C-channel.

Rambabu called him up and picked up a quarrel with Chander over changing the operator.

Chander tried to explain the change was inevitable due to some technical problem. But it did not stop Rambabu from marching along with his supporters to the cable operator's residence and threatening him with dire conequences, on March 17.

Raja lodged a complaint with the Jubilee Hills police last night.
