16 Kunjpura students selected in NDA
Chandigarh, Mar 19 (UNI) Sixteen students of XIIth class of Kunjpura Sainik School of Karnal have qualified for National Defence Academy's (NDA) 116th course commencing in June.
The Principal of School, Group Captain Suresh Kumar yesterday said that it was the first time when such a large number of the students from the same school had qualified for NDA in one academic session.
He said 24 boys had earlier qualified the written exams conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. Out of these, 16 students successfully qualified the Service Selection Board interviews held at various centers recently.
