Silver flat, gold down on weak global advice

Mumbai, Mar 18 (UNI) Values of silver today remained steady on moderate demand while that of gold fell on weak global advice, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following were the rates: Silver (per kg).999 fineness grade : Rs 14,470, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 8,015, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 8,055.
