Holi passes off peacefully in communally-sensitive Hubli

Hubli, Mar 18 (UNI) The festival of colours, Holi, concluded peacefully in this communally-sensitive city for the fourth consecutive year.

Thousands of peoople took part in the 'Ranga panchami' day today.

Commissioner of Police N R Nadamani said the celebrations were incident-free this year too.

Police had made elaborate bandobust arrangements to avoid any untoward incident.
