Fourth phase of RLD Kisan Jagaran Yatra from early April

Lucknow, Mar 18 (UNI) The Rashtriya Lok Dal, a key constituent of the ruling coalition in Uttar Pradesh will embark on the fourth phase of Kisan Jagaran Yatra from the first week of April, to unite the farmers for their rights.

The week long trek under the auspices of the party's 'Gaon Bachao Desh Bacho Abhiyan' will start from Fatehpur and culminate at Jaunpur after traversing through Kanpur, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Sultanpur and Pratapgarh districts of the state, RLD president for central UP Jagdev Singh Yadav told mediapersons here today.

RLD president and former union minister Ajit Singh and former Prime Minister V P Singh will address public meetings on the launch and culmination of the Yatra, Mr Yadav added.
