Complaint case on Swami Ramdeo's visit

Patna, Mar 18 (UNI) A complaint case was filed in a local court today praying issuance of instructions to initiate action against a group of processionists holding them responsible for circulating objectionable pamphlets glorifying magic healing.

The complaint case was filed under the various sections of IPC and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (objectionable advertisment) Act.

The case was filed by the mukhiya of Bali panchayat in Gaurichack police station area of Patna district.

Swami Ramdeo and nearly 50 Vaidyas of Divya Yoga Mandir Trust Haridwar, were made accused in the case.

The case was filed before the chief judicial magistrate of Patna Mrs Shushma Sinha who fixed March 28 the date for hearing on the complaint.
