373 copycats caught in UP board exams, total spurts to 4749
Lucknow, Mar 18 (UNI) A total of 373 copycats were caught during the Uttar Pradesh Board high school and intermediate examinations across the state yesterday, taking the aggregate number of such examinees to 4749, education department sources said.
A maximum of 86 examinees were caught using unfair means in Agra division, followed by Allahabad 61, Gorakhpur 35, Lucknow 30, Kanpur, Bareilly and Varanasi 28 each, Mirzapur 19, Meerut nine and Moradabad five.
A total of 4749 cpoycats have been caught so far which includ 3821 boys, sources added.
