19,000 teachers, Shiksha Mitra to help weak students in UP

Lucknow, Mar 18 (UNI) A total of 19,000 teachers and Shiksha Mitra have been entrusted with the task of helping out the weak students in Uttar Pradesh.

Official sources said here yesterday that 19,000 teachers and Shiksha Mitra have been trained in the state to help out 305 lakh students.

The trained teachers and Shiksha Mitra will specifically work on improving the knowledge in Mathematics and English and Hindi language among students, sources added.
