Visualsoft CEO steps down

Hyderabad, Mar 17 (UNI) Mr Sashi Reddy resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Visualsoft Technologies consequent to withdrawal of scheme of amalgamation among Visualsoft Technologies Limited, Applabs Technologies (P) Ltd and E-solutions (P) Ltd by the Board of Directors with immediate effect today.

Recalling the Board had approved the scheme of amalgamation on October 27 last year and the necessary applications filed with respective stock exchanges, a Visualsoft Technoligies release said as the delay would not result in synergised growth, the scheme had been withdrawn.
