TN Mohit, Rishika emerge winners

Vijayawada, Mar 17 (UNI) Tamil Nadu's Mohit Mayur clinched the boy's singles title defeating Chetan Pandit of Andhra Pradesh 6-3, 7-5 in the final of the AITA Under-14 junior tennis championship here today.

Rishika Sunkara of Delhi exhibiting good stamina, upset the top seed T Nilaya of Andhra Pradesh 2-6, 6-3, 6-4. Rishika bounced back after losing the first set.

About 72 players, including boys and girls from 12 states across the country participated in the five-day tournament.
