RPG Life Sciences gets EGM nod for preferential allotment

Mumbai, Mar 17 (UNI) Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of RPG Life Sciences Ltd held today, has approved the issue of 20,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each and 6,00,000 warrants on a preferential basis, a company communique to the BSE informed.
