Mani Shankar Aiyar congratulates Games medal winners

New Delhi, Mar 17 (UNI) Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mani Shankar Aiyar today congratulated all the medal winners at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.
