ICCI 'supporting organisation' for world summit

Kochi, Mar 17 (UNI) The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry here has been identified as a 'supporting organisation' for the April, 2006, 'World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship' in Muscat.

Chamber president Balagopala B Pai said in a statement today the April 1 to 3 summit would see over 90 renowned speakers from across the globe, speaking on 'infrastructure and competitiveness', 'geopolitics and innovation in society', 'growth strategies and prosperity' and 'disruptive innovations and value creation.' Leaders from the highest levels of government and business as well as educators and NGOs from around the world were expected to take part in the events, which would include roundtable discussions, town hall meetings, interactive workshops and banquets, he said.
