HC vacates stay on showcause notice on Dalmiya

Kolkata, Mar 17 (UNI) A division bench of Calcutta High Court today vacated the stay on the show cause notice slapped on former BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya and asked him to reply within seven days.

Earlier, a city court had put a stay on the notice on March 8 which was challenged by the BCC in India by admitting an appeal in the High Court on March 12 for which the hearing was held today.

Mr Dalmiya has been asked to respond to the notice within seven days days.
