Chatterjee again peeved at mobile ringing in LS
New Delhi, Mar 17 (UNI) Peeved at the ringing of a mobile phone during an important legislative business in the Lok Sabha today, Speaker Somnath Chatterjee again reminded the members that it was a breach of privilege which he would take it seriously.
''This is a breach of privilege,'' Mr Chatterjee said when the mobile phone of a Congress member rang while he was reading out the demands for grants of different ministries for which guillotine was applied.
