2 killed, 25 hurt in road accident

Harda (MP), Mar 17 (UNI) Two persons were killed and 25 others injured, 7 of them seriously, when a Harda-bound private bus overturned near village Jamunia in Khirkhiya tahsil of this district, police said today.

The seriously injured in yesterday's accident had been admitted to the district hospital here. The bus was coming from Khalwa in Khandwa district.

Revenue Minister Kamal Patel said ex-gratia of Rs 25,000 each had been sanctioned to the next of kin of the dead, Rs 10,000 each to the seriously injured and Rs 2000 each to other injured.
