VC resigns citing 'personal grounds'

Patna, Mar 16 (UNI) The Vice-Chancellor of Madhepuras B P Mandal University Dr Keshav Prasad Singh has resigned from his post on ''personal grounds''.

Dr Prasad submitted his resignation letter to the Chancellor of state universities and Bihar Governor Gopal Krishna Gandhi on March 14.

The Governor accepted his resignation today.
