One person trampled to death

Ranchi, Mar 16 (UNI) A herd of three wild elephants trampled to death one person while he was sleeping outside his house at Bahgora village in Chatra district last night, police said today.

The deceased was identified as Chakouri Ganju (50).

The elephants also destroyed standing crops in the village.
