Nava Bharat Ferro to expand Paloncha power plant's capacity

Mumbai, Mar 16 (UNI) Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Ltd today announced that the company will expand the capacity of its power plant at Paloncha in Andhra Pradesh.

In a communique to the BSE, the company said that it was setting up a new 32 megawatt facility. With this, the capacity of the power plant will increase from the existing 82 MW to 114 MW.

The proposed expansion is scheduled to be commissioned in FY'08, stated the release.
