Iraq's first full-term parliament convenes
BAGHDAD, Mar 16 (Reuters) Iraq's first full-term parliament since the US invasion convened today, three months after being elected in December.
The session was opened by Adnan Pachachi, the oldest member, in the heavily fortified Green Zone in Baghdad. It will be largely formal as talks on forming a national unity government are still deadlocked.
