Thiruvananthapuram, Mar 16 (UNI) The Election Commission today said the stalling of the state's decision to implement the Pay Commission report for government employees will be reviewed after seeking the views of the political parties.

Chief Election Commissioner B B Tandon told reporters here that the view of political representatives in this matter will be sought and the EC would review the matter.

'' I am also informed that the Kerala Assembly had passed a resolution on the Pay commission issue. We are meeting political parties one by one. After hearing them, we will review the matter,'' he said.

Mr Tandon, Election Commissioners N Gopalaswami and Navin Chawla are in the state to review the election process. They are meeting various political parties and officials.

The Kerala Assembly had yesterday adopted a resolution unanimously urging the Election Commission to allow the government to implement the Pay Commission report submitted to the government a few days before the election schedules were announced.
