AIIMS store officer charged under PC Act

New Delhi, Mar 16 (UNI) A CBI court today framed charges against a Store Officer at All India Institute of Medical Sciences for allegedly having assets much more than his known sources of income.

Special Judge V P Vaish framed charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act against R L Prasad for having assets worth more than 21 lakh.

The CBI had registered a case against Prasad in March 1999.

His wife and son also been charged for abetting the crime.
