TDP leader killed in AP

Hyderabad, Mar 15 (UNI) Some unidentified assailants killed Malkajigiri Telugu Desam Party (TDP) BC Cell President B Bhavani Shankar last night, police today said.

Mr Shankar, who was returning home on his scooter, was attacked by the assailants, who were, following him on two-wheelers.

Sensing danger, Mr Shankar, who was also a Realtor, drove fast, but was overpowered ultimately. The attackers smashed his head boulders, causing instantaneous death.
