SP to launch campaign to 'expose' Union, K'taka Govts

Hubli, Mar 15 (UNI) Samajawadi Party's Karnataka unit President and former Chief Minister S Bangarappa today said his party would launch a statewide campaign here on April 5 against the ''failures'' of both the United Progressive Alliance Government at the Centre and the JD(S)-BJP Government in the State.

Party General Secretary Amar Singh and Members of Parliament Jayaprada and Jaya Bachchan would participate in the campaign launch, he told newspersons here.

The former Chief Minister predicted the fall of the UPA Government after the coming elections to five State Assemblies in the wake of the difference of opinion between the Congress and the Left parties widening.

''A third front might come to power at the Centre in such a situation as no party was ready to face elections,'' he claimed.
