SI suspended for dereliction of duty

Raichur, Mar 15 (UNI) A Sub-Inspector of police, attached to the Hutti police station, has been placed under suspension for dereliction of duty.

District Superintendent of Police R Hitendra today said he had suspended M Varadaraj yesterday in connection with the escape of an accused from police custody on January 30.
