Guwahati-Bangalore Weekly Express extended

Bangalore, Mar 15 (UNI) The South Western Railway (SWR) has extended the services of Guwahati-Bangalore City-Guwahati Weekly Express for a further period of three months starting from April to clear the extra rush of passengers.

A SWR release here today said the special weekly train would leave Bangalore City on Wednesdays and reach Guwahati on Saturdays.

The extended service would run till June 28.

On the return direction, it would leave Guwahati on Sundays and arrive in Bangalore on Wednesdays. The extended service on this route would remain till June 25, it said.

SWR announced an Ernakulam-Bangalore City bi-weekly, which would leave Ernakulam on Mondays and Wednesdays and arrive here the next day. The first service from Ernakulam would be on April three and the last service on June 28.
