Mysore, Mar 15 (UNI) Former Karnataka Minister and senior Congress leader B K Chandrasekhar today urged the State Government to drop the idea to bringing in a Bill to resolve the vexed Common Entrance Test (CET) issue as it would ''only mete out injustice to private college managements''.

Talking to newspersons here, he claimed that the proposed Bill, expected to be introduced in the coming Assembly session, had no concern for the management and it showed the inexperience of the new JD(S)-BJP coalition Government. Instead, the Government should derecognise those institutions which violated the laws.

He sought more teeth for the Lok Ayukta officials in the light of yesterday's raid in the premises of top police officials, which yielded wealth to the tune of crores of Rupees. The errant police officers should be punished under the law, he demanded.
