Dreaded Parihar gang murders three, abducts three others

Etawah, Mar 15 (UNI) The members of notorious Jagjivan Parihar gang killed three villagers and abducted three others from four villages of this district, police today said.

The gang led by Parihar himself, raided the Chaurella village last last night first, where they burnt alive one Janmed Parihar in the Holika (Holi bonfire) and shot at and injured Guddu Parihar.

The dacoits then raided the Lallupura and Ramprakash Ka Purwa village and shot dead Karam Singh Parihar and Mahesh Jatav. The gang then attacked the Mardan Pur Mauje Purwa village where they abducted three others.

Getting the information of the incidents, DIG (Kanpur Zone) Daljit Singh Chaudhary and other senior police officials reached the spot. Teams of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh police have commenced combing operations in the area.
