2 succumb to gastro in Mumbai

Mumbai,Mar 15 (UNI) Two persons succumbed to gastroenteritis in civic hospitals here.

As many as 34 patients suffering from the disease have been admitted to the G T Hospital, hospital superintendent H H Jadhav said. Out of the 34 patients, thirteen are children.

The patients are residents of Crawford Market, Municipal Chawl, Bengalipura and Sabu Siddique Road areas in 'A' ward. These areas had received contaminated water few days back due to a leakage in the water pipeline.
