Sundaram Home Finance hikes PLR
Chennai, Mar 14 (UNI) In keeping with the general interest rate trends in the indutry, Sundaram Home Finance has hiked its prime lending rate from 10.5 per cent to 11 per cent per annum, from March one.
Consequently interest rates on all new and existing variable rate loan accounts would be adjusted upwards. All loans in undisbursed and partially disbursed stage would also be subject to this increase, a release here said today.
Sundaram Home Finance had earlier reset its prime lending rate from ten per cent to 10.5 per cent on August one, 2005.
