Palestinian militant says not to surrender -TV

DUBAI, March 14 (Reuters) A top Palestinian leader vowed today he would not surrender to Israeli troops who raided a West Bank prison to demand his handover for killing an Israeli minister.

''They have to come in and maybe they will take us alive or dead.

We will not surrender,'' Ahmed Saadat told Al Jazeera television by telephone from the prison in Jericho.
