Hindustan Petroleum signs MoU with SINOPEC

Mumbai, Mar 14: State-owned Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SINOPEC of China for taking up projects identified in India, China and other countries in the areas of international trade, predominantly on Exploration and Production.

Announcing this to BSE today, HPCL said the Company and SINOPEC signed the MOU on March 13. It also covers taking up projects on Refineries and Petrochemicals, Engineering and Technical services, Consultancy services, and R&D.
