Vizag to host Senior National Ranking Tennis from Apr 8

Visakhapatnam, Mar 13 (UNI) Over 200 players, including top stars would vie for honours in the CMR-AITA Senior National Tennis Championship, to be played in three venues here from March 8 to 15.

Briefing newspersons about the event, organising committee chairman P S N Raju, who is also VUDA chairman, said the championship carried prize money of Rs 2.5 lakh. CMR group was the main sponsor.

Veterans' tournaments would also held concurrently for various age groups during the event, he added.
