Tata Coffee to come out with rights issue

Mumbai, Mar 13 (UNI) Tata Coffee has informed the BSE about the Company's decision to come out with a rights issue.

The Company's Board of Directors met today and decided to make a rights issue of equity shares in the ratio of two new equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for every five existing equity shares held within a price band of Rs 220 to Rs 260 per share (including premium) on a record date to be announced subsequently.
