Suspected Explosive recovered

Machilipatnam, Mar 13 (UNI) Police have recovered a device suspected to be an explosive from steel box from a fisherman's house at Manginapudi beach near here.

Police said the fisherman had gone for fishing yesterday in the sea. The steel box was caught in his fishing net.

Krishna district Superintendent of Police N Chandramouli who took possession of the box informed the navy officials in Visakhapatnam. The naval experts are expected to reach here tomorrow and defuse the device.

Police have posted security in Manginapudi beach area.
