New Delhi, Mar 13 (UNI) Northern Railway has made special arrangements for the benefit of people going home for the festival of colours, Holi.

While it was running four special trains to clear passenger rush during Holi, it would now also keep certain Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counters open at different locations, a statement said today.

The trains being run for the festival were 0458/0457 New Delhi-Lucknow-New Delhi Spl, 0419/0420 Faizabad-Delhi Jn.-Faizabad Spl, 0460/0459 New Delhi-Allahabad-New Delhi Spl and 0471/0472 Lucknow-Dehradun-Lucknow Spl.

Skeleton services would be available in the morning shift (0800 hrs to 1400 hrs) at IRCA Reservation complexes at New Delhi, Delhi Jn (Old Delhi) and Nizamuddin railway stations.

Current counters at New Delhi, Delhi Jn and Nizamuddin railway stations work as usual.

16 computerised reservation windows at different locations would, however, be close in the morning shift while six others would remain closed for the day.
