Sinha greets people on Holi

Jammu, Mar 13 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Governor Lt Gen.(retd) S K Sinha has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Holi, the festival of colours.

In his message,the governor said Holi provides us an opportunity to break all barriers for sharing joy, sentiments and good feelings and to spread happiness all around. He described the festival as a part of our composite culture and hoped that the day would be celebrated with traditional gaiety, sobriety and decorum.

General Sinha also expressed the hope the festival would go a long way in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, unity and integrity amongst the countrymen.
