Rupee reference rate three paise down at 44.53 per dollar

Mumbai, Mar 13 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 44.53 per dollar, which was three paise down from Firday's rate of 44.50, a RBI spokesperson here said.
