Quran top seller in Mizoram Book Fair

Aizawl, Mar 13 (UNI) Although Christianity is the most followed religion in Mizoram, the Quran emerged the top seller during the first Book Fest held here.

Delhi-based Goodword Books sold more than 500 copies of The Holy Quran translated into English by Abdullah Yusuf Ali at the fest which concluded yesterday.

The number of copies sold could not be ascertained because the sellers decided to keep mum about it on tax grounds.

Also in great demand was Ved and Ramayan as well as Gitanjali.
