Karnataka Tourism Minister calls on Ambika Soni
New Delhi, Mar 13 (UNI) Karnataka Tourism and Textiles Minister B Sriramulu today called on Union Tourism Minister Ambika Soni to seek permission for the inclusion of the 41 tourism related works at cost of Rs 75 crores in this fiscal.
Later in a release, he said the Union Minister had assured him that she would include Karnataka' request and take a positive decision in the interest of the state.
He said Karnataka Lok Sabha MPs Karunakara Reddy and G M Siddeshwar were present during the meeting and had drawn the Union Minister's attention towards the historic Hampe development programme and development of the forts at Bellary and Chitradurga through additional central assistance.
