AP High Court directs commissioner to trace missing person

Hyderabad, Mar 13 (UNI) A Division Bench of Andhra Pradesh High court today directed Commissioner of Police Mr Mohanti to investigate the case of a person reported missing.

The Bench comprising Mr Justice Bilal Nazki and Justice G Chandraiah expressed displeasure over the lackadaisical attitude of the police to such incidents.

In a habeaus corpus petition filed by Mr Yadaiah, father of the missing man Krishna from Mangalhat region in the old city, the Bench directed the Commissioner that he has to pay special attention to such incidents.
