Two Varanasi blast suspects being interrogated

Lucknow, Mar 12 (UNI) Two persons detained in connection with the Tuesday's Varanasi blasts are still being interrogated, UP police's of Special Task Force SSP, S K Bhagat said here today.

Mr Bhagat told UNI that Ansar Ali and Sadiq Ali detained in Hardoi district on Friday last, after they matched with the sketches of blast suspects, were still being interrogated.

An identification parade was also conducted in Varanasi, where the two suspects were paraded before the street-side vendors, on whose inputs the two sketches were drawn.

Mr Bhagat, termed as ''unfounded'' the rumours of the release of the two suspects.
