Mumbai, Mar 12 (UNI) TADA court modified the order granting permission to cinestar and serial blast accussed Sanjay Dutt to visit to Bangkok for participating in the shooting of Hindi movie 'Anthony Kaun Hai'.

Designated TADA Judge P D Kode modified the order dated March nine, following an application moved by actor's advocate Farahana Shah seeking direction to modify earlier direction on the ground that during Dutt's visit to Bangkok he has to once come back to the court on Mar 14 to mark his presence in the court and this would be an additional financial burden on the producer.

Earlier, the actor was granted permission to visit Bangkok from March 11 to 21 which has been modified to March 14 to 25.

Granting the permission, the court directed Dutt to furnish his travel itinary and local contact number to the registrar of TADA court in advance.

Sanjay Dutt, who is an accused in the 1993 serial bomb blast case, was ordered by the Supreme Court, while granting conditional bail a few years ago, that he would not leave Mumbai without obtaining permission from the trial court.

In the past too, he was allowed to visit abroad with the direction that he would not tamper with evidence.

Dutt and other accussed were granted conditional bail and twice in a month they have to mark their presence in the court.

While modifying the order, court has imposed the same condition which were imposed while granting permission to visit abroad earlier.
