Rains end in MP
Bhopal, Mar 12 (UNI) After nearly a week of causing heavy damage to gram, wheat and lintel crops, incessant rains have stopped in Madhya Pradesh.
Sagar, Rewa and Jabalpur divisions received drizzle overnight, while a dry weather was experienced in rest of the state.
A meteorological department spokesperson told UNI here that upper air cycer was moving towards western Uttar Pradesh causing rainfall in some parts of that state.
The unseasonal rainfall and hailstorm had affected vegetables and fruits, while 43 persons were killed in rain-related incidents.
