India, China hopeful reaching an agreement on border issue
Kumarakom, Kerala, Mar 12 (UNI) The special political representatives of India and China today resumed their 7th round of talks on the border issue, expressing optimism about reaching an agreement on the larger frame work for border delineation within the next two-to-three rounds.
Chinese Executive Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo and India's National Security Advisor MK Narayanan, assisted by their respective ambassadors Sun Yuxi and Nalin Suri, tonight had an exclusive round of talks after the conclusion of the delegation level talks which lasted for nearly three hours.
